- Damaged during the transit (Must be reported within 3 days of delivery).
- Colour fade (If reported immediately upon receipt and before washing).
- Delivered Incorrect Item (Wrong size or product delivered).
- Note: Exchanges for size preference or any other customer-specific reason will be subject to the terms of our separate Return and Exchange Policy, and the customer may be liable for shipping costs.
