⏱️ Processing & Delivery Timeline

• Order Processing: Your product will be shipped within 48 hours of the order being placed.

• Delivery TAT (Turnaround Time): Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3-5 working days.

💰 Shipping Charges (Within India)

• Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: COD orders will be processed and dispatched only after successful confirmation. Please note that confirmed COD orders will not be held for more than 4 days before being automatically cancelled.

• Proof of Delivery: For any order-related issues (missing items, damage, etc.), kindly share an unboxing video for prompt and accurate assistance.

• 5-7 Business Days from the date of dispatch.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

• Custom Duties: Please note that if any custom duties, taxes, or clearance fees are applicable for the ordered items, these charges are NOT included in the customer's payment made to Shanjhu's Outfit.

• Billing: Duties and taxes will be billed separately to the customer by the courier company at the time of delivery.
