🔁 Shanjhu's Outfit Return & Exchange Policy

We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase from Shanjhu's Outfit. If you are not entirely satisfied with your item, please review our policy below.


1. Eligibility Window

  • You must initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of the delivery date.

2. Condition of Item


To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories intact.

  • Free of damage, stains, or odours (e.g., perfume, deodorant).


3. Proof of Claim (Mandatory)


For all claims regarding damaged, incorrect, or missing items, a clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory. Without this video, we reserve the right to deny the claim.


4. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange


  1. Contact Us: Send an email to support@shanjhusoutfit.com or call us at +91 95663 03308 within the 7-day window. Please include your Order Number, reason for the return/exchange, and, if applicable, the unboxing video/photographic proof of the defect.

  2. Approval: Wait for our customer support team to approve your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and return shipping instructions.

  3. Ship Back: Securely package the item and send it to the address provided by our team. Please note: The cost of shipping the item back to our facility is the customer's responsibility.



Exchanges (Size Swap)


  • We offer exchanges for the same product in a different size, subject to availability.

  • If the requested size is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or a refund (as per the Refund Policy).


Returns and Refunds


  • Refund Method: Once the returned product is received and inspected by our Quality Control team (which may take 3-5 business days after arrival), a refund will be processed.

  • For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method.

  • For COD orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer (details required from the customer).

  • Deductions: The shipping charge of ₹50 (as per the Shipping Policy) and any applicable COD collection charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.


Non-Returnable/Non-Exchangeable Items


The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance."

  • Products purchased during special sales or promotional events (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

  • Customized or altered products.

  • Items returned without their original tags and packaging.
