3. Order Fulfillment and Dispatch
- Payment Requirement: Payments for all orders must be completed at the time of placing the order. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
Dispatch Timings:
- Orders for which payment is successfully received will be dispatched on the same day between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM IST.
- If the order is placed after 4:00 PM IST, the order will be dispatched on the next working day between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM IST.
- Delivery Estimates: Expected delivery days all over India are a maximum of 2 to 5 working days from the date of dispatch. Shanjhu's Outfit is not liable for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Payment Policy (Non-Refundable)
- Finality of Sale: As a strict policy of Shanjhu's Outfit, payments for confirmed orders are Not Refundable.
- Exceptions: Refunds will only be issued if Shanjhu's Outfit is unable to deliver the ordered product(s) (e.g., due to stock unavailability or a defect detected before shipping). In such cases, the full value of the unavailable product(s) will be refunded to you.
5. Exactness Not Guaranteed
- Shanjhu's Outfit hereby disclaims any guarantees of exactness as to the finish, colour, or appearance of the product/merchandise as ordered by you.
- Visual Representation: We take all steps to ensure that the colour, size, shape, and design of the products displayed are accurately reproduced. However, the graphical display depends on your computer resource's configuration (monitor, graphics settings). Shanjhu's Outfit does not guarantee that the colour you see exactly represents the actual product.
- Handmade Variance: Many of our merchandises are handmade, and there may be slight variations in each piece. We do not guarantee that every product will meet every personal expectation of exactness.
- Fit and Alteration: You acknowledge that there is a possibility you may need to alter the merchandise for proper fit, as sizing may vary from one brand or product type to another.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Shanjhu's Outfit is not liable to compensate you if the quality of any products purchased did not meet your expectations.
- Damages: You cannot claim any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or compensation of any kind for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Any variation in the final product's finish or appearance.
- Any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances or Force Majeure events.
- Any issue with courier companies or our delivery partners.
- Aggregate Liability: Without prejudice to the aforesaid, the aggregate liability of Shanjhu's Outfit in connection with this policy shall be strictly limited to the value of the relevant Product(s) purchased by you through the Website.

- International Deliveries (If Applicable): If Shanjhu's Outfit undertakes international deliveries, these will be handled on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties, custom fees, and local taxes. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, custom fees, and local taxes levied by the destination country.
8. Mispricing or Non-Availability
